Punctuated with waves of curves and the edges of their micro-facets, the heavy-based straight tumblers from the Architecte collection appear as if straight out of a masculine bar atmosphere in Hemingway’s inter-war Paris. Eccentric in their creativity while also exuding geometric precision, they actually owe their contemporary look to tradition and the modernity of their technical prowess. They juxtapose curves with facets, angular by definition, intensified by the incomparable sparkle of Kwarx. A collection inspired by the Roaring Twenties, characterised by an era which masterfully melded curves with straight lines.
